Does Your Company Have a Matching Gift Program?

It's Easy to Participate!
Just 3 Simple Steps:

1.  Complete the Matching Gifts Form for your company
    (often available from the Human Resources department).
    This form may require The Twig's tax identification
    number: 27-3577334 

2.  Send the completed form along with your donation or
    receipt from your donation to:

​3.  We will complete our portion of the form and mail it back
    to your employer.

Are you Retired?

You may still be eligible to participate
through your former employer's
matching gift program.

Are you a Volunteer?

If you volunteer with The Twig, your 
employer may also provide us with a
Volunteer Grant.
